Q: THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. IS IT COMING BACK?

A: The way we source our fabrics and produce our collections means that some of our items are only available in small quantities and may therefore be sold out. Please note that some of our pieces are limited edition and will not be returning in the future, however, best seller items and basics are restock frequently.

Q: WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR A PRODUCT TO BE AVAILABLE FOR “PRE-ORDER"?

A: Our products sell out quickly and pre-ordering allows us to hold your place to make sure you get what you want. Please note that full payment will be charged when the product is ordered in advance. This is the only way we can secure an item for you.
  
Q: CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

 

A: We begin processing orders as quickly as possible once received so we cannot guarantee that you will be able to modify an order after you have placed it. However, if it has been less than 12 hours since you placed the order, email us at hello@rosieassoulin.com and we will try our best!

 

Q: HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

A: Items are eligible for return or exchange up to 7 days after receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, with security tag intact and in the same condition that you received it. You will receive email notifications with the status of your return as well as further instructions.
